‘Thank you, Teacher's’ | Google Commercial

In 2020, shortly after lockdown as a senior producer on the Brand Studio at Google we created a commercial celebrating and thanking teachers on Teacher’s Day. The video touched a cord with Teachers and society alike. Capturing the appreciation parents and caregivers felt for teachers as they had to take on the heavy load of ‘teaching’ their children during this most unusual global experience. Unable to film in person, we used found footage to create a love letter to teachers. The commercial ran for a few weeks on tv and had almost 20 million views on YouTube.
